PRE-PROCEDURE REQUIREMENTS
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE COMING TO THE PROCEDURE
IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE BEST RESULT WITH THE PERMENENT MAKEUP PROCEDURE, FOLLOWING GUIDELINES SHOULD BE FOLLOWED:
-
It is best not to pluck the eyebrows 2-3 days before the procedure (it is recommended not to pluck your eyebrows longer as necessary plucking will be done during the procedure)
-
Eyebrows should not be died with permanent colour 10 days before coming to the procedure. It is important to see the natural colour of eyebrow hair.
-
It is recommended to scrub your eyebrow and lips skin three days before the procedure to remove dead skin cells.
-
Solarium shouldn't be used nor sun taken 1 week before the procedure. If the skin has a sunburn, procedure can not be done.
-
No alcohol can be consumed 1 day prior nor after the procedure
-
On the day of procedure you can not smoke prior to procedure and coffee should not be drunk at least 4 hours before procedure. This will affect the blood flow, which in turn influences the result of permanent makeup greatly. Coffee also helps to create more nervousness.
-
Unless prescribed by the doctor, don't use Aspirin, Vitamin E nor Omega 3 one week prior to the procedure as they thin the blood and extensive bleeding brings out the pigment from the skin
-
Before having lips permanent makeup procedure done, it is necessary to take anti-herpes medication 5 days prior to the procedure (ask prescription from your doctor). As herpes virus exists in all of us, procedure can create an outburst of herpes, especially so for those who have had it before.
-
On the day of the procedure any workout that makes you sweat should not be done as higher production of sweat helps to bring out the permanent makeup pigment from the skin
-
It is recommended to have a good sleep the night before as it helps to have a painless procedure.
